Quran Journalling

Quran Journalling

Back in February 2021 Shaykh Muhammad Al Shareef (nationbuilder) shared a beautiful reflection and some excellent tips on the power of journaling.

This is what he said;

Journaling is all about putting what’s inside your head on the paper.

It lets you process and make sense of what is happening in your life and around you.

For a lot of people it can be difficult to write things down, especially in the beginning.

You might need some prompts to help get you going.

[and this is what we have shared for you in the slides above]

Ma sha Allah this post was exactly what I needed to get me thinking about journaling and more specifically, Quran journaling. Shaykh Muhammad’s words came to me at a time when I knew I wanted to do something big to help people connect with the Quran, but my ideas weren’t refined.

May Allah reward him for the many many people he inspired in his time in this dunya, may each and every teaching, good deed and act of kindness weigh heavily for him on the last day. May we continue his legacy through acting upon his advice and wisdom and may we all be people of dua, and people of the Quran, ameen.
