Don’t leave your Qur’an time until the end of the day… as most likely > you won’t get to it…

Plan (with sincere intentions) to recite whatever you can before duhur time (make this decision a non negotiable) and if you have more time available in the evening/ night then recite some more…

The prophet (s) said, “verily the one who does not have any part of the Qur’an in his heart is like a ruined house.”
