Assalaamu ‘alaykum wa Rahmatullah,

Alhamdulillah! It has been a busy & (inshaa Allah), productive past few days. Many sisters have joined Fee Qalbee’s ‘Ramadaan Muslimah Forever’ mentoring project, and I look forward to networking with many more inspired individuals in the near future, bi ithnillah.

A cloud of sadness & grief surround us this evening, as the news of our sister’s imprisonment reaches us.

Our sister, our haafidha, Dr. Aafia Siddiqui, has been sentenced to 86 years in prison.
-A Mother – A Daughter – A Victim.

O Allah! Have mercy upon her, protect her and accept her striving for Your pleasure. Grant her an abode in Eternal Bliss, in close proximity to You, aameen! O Allah! Hasten her release, Oh Responder of Supplications!
